As Director of Human Resources, Samantha Dwinell leads TI's global recruiting and development functions, ensuring that TI has a continual pipeline of internal and external talent ready to meet business needs.

Dwinell previously served as Human Resources Director for TI’s Wireless Business Unit at TI’s Dallas headquarters and Human Resources Director for TI France in Nice, France. 

She is a strategic HR executive that partners with leaders at all levels to deliver business results by maximizing the ability of the talent in the organization. From strategic business planning to first-line employee communications, Samantha has demonstrated strength in helping leaders not only define where they want to go, but also how to get there.

Dwinell earned a master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in Organization Development from Benedictine University in Illinois.  She received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
