Jennifer Drake is Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences , Professor of English and Founding Director of the Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellowship Program at the University of Indianapolis.   She earned her B.A. from Brown University in 1987 and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1994 and 1996, respectively.  She has long-standing commitments to developing innovative curricula and to promoting higher education access for underrepresented populations.  Her scholarship focuses on multicultural American literature, feminist theory, and urban teacher preparation, and she has presented widely on the Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellowship clinical residency model.
