Richard (Ric) Weibl is director of the Center for Careers in Science and Technology and director of the Project on Science, Technology, and Disability at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).  His work in both roles focuses on the education, training and career development of the science and engineering workforce of the future.  Ric works with AAAS professional and career development programs to strengthen their offerings and to create new partnerships with external groups in support of the career aspirations and professional development needs of future and current scientists.  His priority in these roles has been to broaden the participation of women, minorities, and people with disabilities.
